About

Terracommercial Real Estate Corporation is a family owned business which currently owns and manages 16 Retail and industrial properties totaling over 1 million square feet.Headquartered in San Jose, California Terracommercial focuses on retail real estate and industrial-residential development opportunities in the San Francisco/San Jose Bay Area, one of the strongest Real Estate markets nationwide. Some major tenants have included Safeway, Lucky’s, Scandinavian Designs, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Panda Express, Ross Dress for Less, Staples, Fitness 19, McDonald’s, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Starbucks and Jamba Juice.

Unlike larger real estate investment trusts (REITs) or institutional developers, who rely on layers of management to make decisions, Terracommercial handles almost all aspects of the acquisition, development and management processes as well as lease and sale negotiations in house for a faster process.  Our principals Mike LaBarbera and Rob Facchino take a “hands on” role in every major lease and sale transaction undertaken by the company.

Its family orientation coupled with the skill sets of its principals allows Terracommercial

to participate in some of the most significant developments in the Bay Area.
